    As a SharePoint Developer, you'll spearhead the design, development, and deployment of our SharePoint platform and solutions. You'll be a technical leader, ensuring best practices and organizational standards are met while collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver solutions that drive business impact.

    Responsibilities:

    • Lead the architectural vision. Define and implement a strategic roadmap for our SharePoint environment, ensuring scalability, maintainability, and security.
    • Collaborate and translate business needs. Work hand-in-hand with stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into innovative and robust SharePoint solutions.
    • Master architect and developer. Design and develop complex SharePoint solutions, leveraging your expertise in web applications, service applications, and database design.
    • Champion best practices. Share your in-depth knowledge of SharePoint principles and development methodologies to guide and mentor developers and administrators.
    • Monitor and optimize performance. Ensure optimal functionality and performance of the SharePoint server environment through proactive monitoring and optimization.
    • Stay ahead of the curve. Continuously learn and adapt to the evolving landscape of SharePoint and related technologies.

    Qualifications:

    • In-depth SharePoint knowledge. Possess an expert understanding of SharePoint architecture, including web applications, service applications, and database design.
    • Proven development experience. Demonstrate strong expertise in SharePoint development methodologies, encompassing both client-side and server-side development.
    • A passion for best practices. Apply your deep understanding of SharePoint design principles and best practices to deliver exceptional solutions.
    • Education and experience. Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent, preferably with a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus.
    • Proven track record. 5+ years of experience in SharePoint architecture, design, and implementation, with demonstrably successful deployments of large-scale environments.
    • Integration expertise. Experience in integrating SharePoint with other systems and platforms, such as MS SQL Server, Active Directory, and Azure.
    • Communication and collaboration. Excel in clear communication and collaboration with stakeholders across all levels.
