Nationwide technology management company that is helping companies take control of their overall technology requirements. They’re looking for a PMO Manager to join their company.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee critical/strategic projects, handling all phases from start to finish.
• Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to minimize impact on project delivery.
• Help set the software products’ vision and strategy by understanding customer needs.
• Develop a roadmap to guide product direction - identifying potential opportunities, defining goals, and delegating team to understand vision of project/product.
• Oversee the entire product development process, from creation to launch.

Preferred Requirements:

• Management Experience – Leading multiple small teams
• Communication – Working closely with stakeholders
• Project management software (such as Microsoft Project, JIRA, or Asana)
• Familiar with industry methodologies (i.e. Agile, Scrum, Waterfall).
• Experienced in risk identification, analysis, and mitigation strategies.

Pluses:

• Project Management Certification: Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent.
• Strong analytical skill

Salary: 140-160K DOE and Interview Performance

This position is a hybrid work environment – 2/3 days onsite.
