They are seeking a highly skilled Data Governance Manager to oversee the creation, maintenance, and governance of our organization's master data. The ideal candidate will ensure data accuracy, consistency, and reliability across various systems and processes.

Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive master data management strategy.
• Oversee the creation, maintenance, and retirement of master data records.
• Establish and enforce data governance policies, standards, and procedures.
• Implement data quality assurance processes and tools.
• Analyze master data to identify trends and patterns for business improvement.
• Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure seamless data integration.

Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Information Management).
• Proven experience in master data management or a related role.
• Strong understanding of data management principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with data management software and tools is a plus.

Salary: 90k-110k depending on experience + Comprehensive benefits
