Our client is an award winning technology company that is looking to add an IT support analyst to their team. This is a full-time, direct hire role that is currently on WFH, but is looking to be back on-site when safe.

You will be working with customers and product managers to help solve any tech related issues. This is a team environment where you work together to come up with creative solutions to common problems.

Requirements:

• Experience working in IT/Tech support in a cloud environment.
• Great customer service and communication skills
• Experience working with salesforce

This company offers comprehensive benefits, PTO and a base salary in the 50-60k per year range.
