A pioneering Healthcare Data-as-a-Service (DaaS) provider is searching for a Customer Experience and Integration Manager. They are looking to enhance interactions across their global B2B ecommerce and SaaS platforms.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the optimization of global customer experience, including ecommerce transactions, customer portals, and product integration.
- Manage projects focusing on new licensing logic and the integration of healthcare solutions.
- Utilize databases to create and manage reports, ensuring KPIs are met and publicly reported.
- Collaborate with engineering, employing basic coding and database skills for seamless product integration and reporting.
Preferred Requirements:
- Experience in project management within ecommerce or SaaS environments.
- Expert in Waterfall and agile methodologies
- Practical knowledge of CRM's (preferably Hubspot)
- Ability to communicate with technical and non-technical teams
Salary:
- 80-115K with bonus potential, full-time with benefits.
