Top SaaS company in the MedTech space is looking to for a Senior Application Security Engineer to help make their platform the most secure platform on the market.

Role:

• Balance security risk and product advancement within the parameters of the business
• Lead efforts to implement and maintain security policies and remediation processes.
• Work with product and engineering teams to review security throughout the design and implementation process.
• Perform secure code reviews, configuration assessments, and ensure the use of secure coding practices, when possible.
• Improve current AWS infrastructure security and mobile application security.
• Effectively communicate security risk to both technical and non-technical leaders

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree plus 5 years of experience
• Has a deep understanding of web application architecture.
• Experience with Application Security tools (static code analysis, dynamic scanning, WAF, etc.)
• Experience writing and testing web applications, mobile applications and microservices.
• Have a knack for finding flaws in software and can efficiently communicate how to fix them.
• Experience working in AWS.
