World renowned medical device company that has recently pivoted to help with the Coronavirus is looking to add a hands-on .NET Software Development Manager to their team!
**Experience working within an enterprise ERP or Dynamics AX is required**
This office has around 200 employees, has a laid-back atmosphere, and a fast-paced worked environment. There are 3 teams in total, each with a PM, BSA, Lead Developer, engineers, and QA. Your team will be 4 in total in a scrum/agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Provide leadership and direction to the team
- Assist in high-level architecture, design, and some development (30%) for their homegrown ERP
- Strategize with senior management on effective timelines and production issues
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in management
- 5+ years of architecture and development experience within a Mircrosoft C# environment and ERP systems – Dynamics AX preferred
- Experience coding with C# and SQL
