Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in related field and minimum two year’s work experience in related field, or a satisfactory equivalent of education and experience (Social Services, Human Resource, Communication, Business or equivalent experience); High School Diploma or equivalent with 3 years of related experience may be considered.
- Strong in facilitation, public speaking, and guided learning
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to lead learning processes and relate to diverse populations
- Excellent internal and external customer service skills
- Strong communication and knowledge about community resources and industries in the area is a plus
- Excellent computer skills with experience using Microsoft Office, MS Word, Excel, and specialized databases and systems.
- Bilingual is a plus
- Current valid driver’s license (with low-risk driver rating) and automobile liability insurance required
Additional Information
- This is an hourly (non-exempt) full-time position with a general schedule of Monday – Friday within normal operating hours of 8:00am – 5:00pm, excluding company observed holidays.
- This is a Hybrid Remote/In-person role requiring at least 2-3 days in office or meeting with customers in person.
- Travel requirement of up to 20% of the time within business hours. No weekend travel. Mileage and travel reimbursement available.
