The Career Navigator provides services that may include career counseling and coaching, evaluation, transitional employment, employment and career readiness training, job placement, retention and support services, case coordination, tracking, and reporting activities. The Career Navigator will interact with internal and external teams to deliver seamless, in-person services to individuals and ensure that positive relationships are maintained, resulting in optimal employment outcomes for individuals served, including justice-involved individuals. The role requires the ability to build trust and develop strong, supportive relationships with clients, as well as a commitment to serving them through various communication channels (in-person, email, and phone) as needed. Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong employer partnerships and a community job network to support successful employment outcomes • Act as the main contact for participants, coordinating services across internal departments and external partners to ensure effective support • Deliver comprehensive case management services tailored to individual needs, including those who are justice-involved • Deliver career navigation support services, including assistance with job placement, retention strategies, and personalized career guidance • Assist participants in addressing employment barriers through ongoing engagement, professional guidance, and strong advocacy efforts Qualifications: • Knowledge of data privacy standards and ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and experience entering and managing data within case management systems • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the capacity to build trust and establish rapport, particularly with justice-involved participants • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment • 1 to 3 years of relevant experience in workforce development, career services, case management, or a similar professional setting Compensation: $43,680
