    Outstanding Montgomery business is seeking a Front Office Assistant to join their team!!!

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Administrative support - data entry, filing, scheduling appointments
    • Answer phones
    • Customer Service - greet visitors
    • Coordinating logistical operations - work closely with co-workers, suppliers and clients to schedule shipments and track deliveries
    • Managing inventory - Manage inventory levels and stock replenishment to meet operational needs
    • Overseeing shipping - Coordinate with carriers and logistics partners to schedule pickups and deliveries

    REQUIREMENTS

    • High school diploma or equivalent, college degree in relevant field is a plus
    • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably with experience in both front office administration and logistics/warehouse operations.
    • Proficiency Microsoft Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
    • Proficiency in Adobe Acrobat
    • Proficiency in data entry
    • Ability to communicate clearly
