    Job Title: Receptionist (Law Firm)

    We are seeking a highly organized and professional Receptionist to join our prestigious law firm. As the first point of contact for clients, visitors, and callers, you will play a crucial role in creating a positive and welcoming atmosphere at our firm.

    • Greet and welcome clients, visitors, and staff with a warm and professional demeanor.
    • Handle incoming phone calls, route them to the appropriate individuals, or take accurate messages.
    • Manage appointment scheduling, conference room reservations, and meeting coordination.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, as well as courier services.
    • Maintain and update the firm's client database and contact lists.
    • Handle various clerical duties, such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
    • Assist with organizing firm events, seminars, or social gatherings when necessary.
    • Manage office supplies and place orders as needed.

    REQUIREMENTS

    • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or coursework in office administration is a plus.
    • Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar customer service role.
    • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
    • Professional appearance and conduct.
    • Proficiency in using office equipment and computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite).
    • Positive attitude, friendly disposition, and a strong customer-centric approach.
    • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
