  • Responsibilities

    Duties:

    • Manages attorney schedule by maintaining calendar and arranging meetings, conferences, teleconferences, and travel. Completes requests by greeting customers, in person or on the telephone, and answering or referring inquiries.
    • Performs various clerical duties such as filing and preparing correspondence.

    Requirements:

    • At least 1 year of legal experience reflected on your resume. Internships do not count!
    • At least 2 years of clerical or secretarial experience that is reflected on your resume
    • The ability to work in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
    • The ability to type accurately
    • You must be able to compose correspondence using proper grammar and punctuation
    • You must have a professional wardrobe
