    Job Summary

    The Regional Accounting Manager is responsible for performing administrative procedures to support senior management, office staff coordination and task management for the accounting department.

    Responsibilities

    • Following will be for 2-sets of books
    • Process a high volume of accounts payable in QuickBooks and Bill.com for franchises and Large Loss projects.
    • Code and post vendor invoices using applicable GL codes and locations.
    • Post monthly transactions between Intercompany accounts.
    • Balance bank accounts.
    • Work in the General Ledger
    • Create and post Journal Entries
    • Maintain accurate coding and reporting of all credit cards and fuel cards for assigned locations.
    • Provide support for accounting-related needs as requested by franchises.
    • Provide monthly reporting to Controller as assigned.
    • Ensure the accuracy and completeness of accounting files.

    Qualifications

    • Degree in Accounting preferred
    • Bookkeeping experience preferred
    • Minimum 3 years of experience in an accounting role
    • Experience with QuickBooks Online preferred
    • Knowledge of bookkeeping and basic accounting procedures
    • Knowledge of accounts payable procedures and practices
    • Skilled in utilizing Microsoft Office applications
