Schedule: Monday – Friday 8 am – 5 pm

Responsibilities for Inventory Specialist

• Inspect returned merchandise
• Perform inventory audits to ensure integrity of inventory to the system
• Research, identify, and resolve inventory exceptions
• Maintain reporting for inventory audits and provide to management as required
• Maintain count accuracy (digital and physical counting)
• Updating database as needed and required
• Loading and unloading deliveries as required
• Assist with installation and delivery of products as needed
• Maintain a safety while using equipment and tools
• Dispose of obsolete inventory as directed
• Serve as backup warehouse person as needed for the main warehouse and for parts
• Other duties as assigned by management

Qualifications for Inventory Specialist

• 2+ years of experience in an inventory role
• Able to use a computer and other office technology
• Familiar with data entry systems
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Able to stand and bend for long periods of time in a warehouse environment
• Great written and verbal communication skills
• Attention to detail
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Applications
• Positive attitude
