Established and reputable entertainment venue is seeking a Kitchen Manager for their team! Qualified candidates will have experience serving, bartending, and cooking.
Responsibilities:
- Follow and complete opening and closing checklists each day
- Enforce proper food safety practices, while developing good employee habits
- Teach food handler card classes
- Handle hiring process for BOH employees
- Spearhead the training process for new and existing employees
- Set clear expectations for performance and hold employees accountable
- Other responsibilities as assigned
Qualifications:
- Experience in various aspects of food service required
- Leadership experience preferred
- Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Knowledge of safe serving practices
