Established and reputable entertainment venue is seeking a Kitchen Manager for their team! Qualified candidates will have experience serving, bartending, and cooking.

Responsibilities:

• Follow and complete opening and closing checklists each day
• Enforce proper food safety practices, while developing good employee habits
• Teach food handler card classes
• Handle hiring process for BOH employees
• Spearhead the training process for new and existing employees
• Set clear expectations for performance and hold employees accountable
• Other responsibilities as assigned

Qualifications:

• Experience in various aspects of food service required
• Leadership experience preferred
• Exceptional communication skills, written and verbal
• Ability to multitask effectively
• Knowledge of safe serving practices
