A family owned tile and stone company is looking for a sharp individual with great customer service skills to join their team as Purchasing Agent. This position will a temp to permanent position, meaning a 3 month contracted period with opportunity for full time at the end of the contract.
Responsibilities:
- Analyzing inventory and sales to determine ordering needs
- Sending the Purchase orders to our suppliers and following up on them.
- Organizing orders into shipments from our suppliers to us.
- Dealing with mis-shipments and reordering as needed.
- Dealing with some accounting issues.
Requirements:
- Have at least 2 years experience in Purchasing
- Customer Service Experience
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
