Employee health company based in Birmingham, AL is seeking a Digital Marketing Manager to assist with Custom Acquisition and oversee the digital marketing campaign. The company's focus is on recruiting and enrolling members into a digital health coaching program.
Responsibilities will include developing and executing marketing campaigns focused on increasing member enrollment via email marketing, social media, referral initiatives, and other avenues. Other duties include:
- Build and analyze analytics to measure the success of the campaigns.
- Accompany account managers to client meetings to report of the status of marketing campaigns.
- Create and manage marketing assets, including templates, graphics, copy and landing pages.
- Generate alignment partners with a comprehensive strategy to manage the relationship to ensure recurring and sustainable enrollment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree
- Minimum 4 years of work experience in a Business-to-Customer (B2C) or growth marketing role
- Healthcare experience preferred, but not required
- Experience with Google Analytics
- Experience with email marketing software and strategy
- Experience with Adobe suite of products
- Graphic Design experience preferred
