Duties:

• Coordinating and overseeing on behalf of the client all building construction work to ensure timely and accurate contract compliance
• Provide management and leadership to property staff
• Manage work orders
• Overseeing property expenses
• Reviewing and processing new leases
• Limited travel outside of Alabama

 Educational Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related discipline preferred
• 3+ years of retail real estate property management or related experience
• Accounting systems experience
