     The IT Implementation Specialist will participate in the installation and development of new systems, programming projects, and upgrading of existing systems.  This position will help install and manage new applications, new releases, and maintenance of all vendor supported or in-house software.  

     

    DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:

    • Install new releases and maintain current release of item processing computer software.  Provide technical support to user departments.
    • Support internal and external users on software and hardware being utilized.
    • Assist with the development of long and short-term application systems objectives, plans and priorities to meet the needs of the company.
    • Provide system documentation for upgrades, enhancements, installation, testing procedures, debugging and fixes.
    • Provide installation and user system training for all company applications.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • Bachelor's Degree in a computer related field or equivalent experience.
    • 5-years experience in IT.
    • Credit Union, Banking or Financial Institution experience is preferred.
    • Knowledge of Local Are Networks (LAN) and Wide Area Networks (WAN).
    • Knowledge of SFTP services and protocols.
    • Technical knowledge of electronic data processing systems and related financial software applications.
    • Ability to produce accurate documentation of installs, modifications, fixes, and upgrades.
    • Deposit/Check experience preferred.
    • Experience working with customers and 3rd party vendors to implement , deploy and support new solutions is required.
