Our Client is a global investment management firm with $17B Assets Under Management (AUM) are seeking to hire an experienced CLIENT SERVICES ASSOCIATE to join their team working remotely for now with limited in-office presence required for essential meetings estimated at once every few weeks.
The Client Service Associate works directly with account executives by providing daily administrative support to team members as well as the marketing division.
The ideal candidate is dedicated to continuous personal and career growth, has a dynamic personality and keeps meticulous records. They have a minimum of 2 years’ experience providing administrative and marketing support within the financial industry, a BA in business administration and is a wizard in Excel.
