Overview:
Dynamic Home Therapy & NeuroFit is now hiring a neuro-based Physical Therapist for an expanded caseload providing outpatient services in home-based settings. The PT hired will provide community-based outpatient neuro services in the homes in 1 of 2 territories in the area. The territories available are within the Main Line or within Delaware County, PA (476 corridor).
The candidate hired will also have the opportunity to assist with group wellness classes, program development, and educational events within the community as part of their caseload. These classes may be part of our main Parkinson's program, including Rock Steady Boxing, or a new class based on the interests of the candidate hired. This is a unique opportunity for PTs who are tired of the traditional red tape normally required within their caseload and are interested in the wellness side of PT. Creativity is welcome and encouraged, as is thinking outside the box.
The full-time or part-time position includes a robust mentoring program. At a minimum, we're looking for someone who has the availability to work 32 hours per week. 40 hours per week is preferred. Flexible scheduling is a perk of this position. Most clinicians work Monday - Friday, based on your clients anywhere between 8:30 am - 4:30 pm, however flexing your time based on your work-life needs is encouraged. No holidays or weekend are required as part of this position, however, if it fits your schedule better, weekends are an option for flexing time.
The Physical Therapist hired will join a highly experienced multidisciplinary neuro rehab team to treat a well-balanced mix of patients. Our adult caseload is approximately 90% neuro.

Compensation and Benefits:
A brand-new grad can expect to receive a yearly salary in the ballpark of $71,000. The compensation package will increase based on the experience of the candidate hired.
Within this role, you will receive a competitive salary and benefits package including medical/dental insurance, vacation days, paid holidays, and continuing education, including certification in LSVT BIG.

Job Requirements:
Graduation as a Doctor of Physical Therapy (or equivalent standing).
Eligibility for Pennsylvania state licensure as a Physical Therapist
3-5 years of neuro experience is preferred but not required
1 year of experience is required. Some neuro experience is required.
CPR Certified
Full-time is preferred. Must have a minimum of 32+ hours of availability per week
