Position Title: Staff Physical Therapist

Mission: The Staff Physical Therapist at Hayes Physical Therapy exists to enhance patient well-being through innovative and personalized rehabilitation, fostering recovery and mobility that enriches lives.

Results to Be Generated:

1. Improved Patient Health Outcomes: Drive measurable advancements in patient mobility and pain reduction through tailored rehabilitation plans.

Skills and Attributes:

• Certifications in The Neubie Device and Class IV Laser Therapy are preferred not required (expert training will be provided onsite) with a passion for integrating new technologies into patient care.
• Exceptional assessment and diagnostic skills to tailor effective treatment plans.
• Strong interpersonal and communication abilities, ensuring patients and team members feel heard and valued.
• Commitment to ongoing professional development, manual therapy techniques, functional movement, and sharing knowledge within the team.
• A proactive approach to patient care, demonstrating creativity and problem-solving in treatment strategies.
• Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement dynamic, personalized treatment plans incorporating advanced modalities such as Class IV laser therapy and the Neubie Device, when appropriate, to optimize healing responses.
• Perform comprehensive patient assessments, setting clear rehabilitation goals and milestones.
• Educate and empower patients and their families, providing them with the tools and knowledge for sustained recovery.
• Actively participate in professional development opportunities and contribute to the clinic’s growth through innovation and collaboration.
• Maintain high levels of patient satisfaction through exceptional care and communication.
