** What you’ll do:**
- Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries from prospective students who’ve expressed interest in Unitek programs.
- Make 100–150 outbound daily phone calls to assess interest, build rapport, and schedule admissions interviews.
- Conduct consultative in-person or virtual interviews that present program options, career pathways, and educational outcomes.
- Follow up with interested prospects to answer questions, remove barriers, and collect required admissions documents.
- Accurately document all student contacts and admissions activity in Nexus/CampusVue.
** Who you are:**
- Empathetic, mission-driven communicator who believes education changes lives and strengthens healthcare.
- Comfortable with high-volume outbound outreach and professional follow-up.
- Strong consultative sales approach — you listen, advise, and guide prospects toward the best path.
- Organized and detail-oriented with experience using CRM or student information systems (experience with Nexus or CampusVue a plus).
- Previous admissions, enrollment, healthcare recruiting, or higher-education sales experience preferred.
