The ideal candidate must be very detail oriented, organized, personable, an effective multi-tasker, and have excellent communication skills. Job duties include human resource management, recruiting, office administration, handling correspondence, and working on ad hoc projects with little supervision.
Maintain and update job postings on career sites
Review resumes and present strong candidates to Sr. Recruiter
Conduct initial phone screens with candidates
Communicate via phone and/or email with candidates to set up interview dates, to fill out application, etc.
Search resume databases for candidates
Conduct reference checks
Provide office administrative support
Ad hoc tasks as needed
Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or related degree a plus.
Experience in office administration and or recruiting.
Proficient in MS Office.
Must have strong organization skills, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
