    Established in 2004, CareerNation is a New York based Human Resources management services provider. We assist our clients to hire and retain qualified employees in order to increase their business performance .

    The ideal candidate must be very detail oriented, organized, personable, an effective multi-tasker, and have excellent communication skills. Job duties include human resource management, recruiting, office administration, handling correspondence, and working on ad hoc projects with little supervision.



    • Maintain and update job postings on career sites

    • Review resumes and present strong candidates to Sr. Recruiter

    • Conduct initial phone screens with candidates

    • Communicate via phone and/or email with candidates to set up interview dates, to fill out application, etc.

    • Search resume databases for candidates

    • Conduct reference checks

    • Provide office administrative support

    • Ad hoc tasks as needed

    • Bachelor’s or Associate degree in Human Resources, Business, Marketing, or related degree a plus.

    • Experience in office administration and or recruiting.

    • Proficient in MS Office.

    • Must have strong organization skills, attention to detail, and multi-tasking skills.

    • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
