    Our client, a distinguished firm specializing in Commercial, Personal, and Group Benefits Insurance, is on the lookout for a dynamic Commercial Processor to enhance their team.

    The Commercial Processor will work closely with Commercial Lines account managers and producers to deliver exceptional service to clients, ensuring all insurance activities are conducted with precision and professionalism.

    Job Responsibilities

    Foster and maintain relationships with internal client service teams, ensuring proactive and timely service.

    Communicate effectively and efficiently with the team, both verbally and in writing.

    Collaborate with Account Managers and Producers to ensure timely completion of projects.

    Utilize the EPIC system for maintaining client files, attaching documents, and processing transactions.

    Process certificates and endorsements, and assist with preparing proposals.

    Handle correspondence with clients and insurance companies for requests such as changes, endorsements, and renewal information.

    Report and monitor claims on selected accounts as required.

    Assist Account Managers with policy reviews and serve as backup to other department staff within areas of expertise as needed.

    Manage reconciliation of client/company accounting records, billing with renewal/binding process, and invoicing endorsements as necessary.

    Capably handle work under pressure as per the demands of the situation.

    Qualifications

    Knowledge of insurance coverages, policies, forms, and procedures is preferred.

    1-2 years of prior experience dealing with multiple lines of insurance is advantageous.

    Must have or be willing to obtain the OR & WA Property & Casualty License within 90 days of employment.

    Required proficiency in the Agency Management System (currently EPIC) and intermediate level proficiency in Microsoft software programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
