Inside Sales Support Job Responsibilities

Acting as a support hub for one or more outside sales reps, entering sales into the system, and ensuring seamless communication.

Interacting with customers to ensure that items are ordered and priced as agreed, tracking orders, and advising on any issues.

Shepherding the order from initiation to delivery, ensuring smooth processing.

Working from a local branch with options for one or two days of remote work.

Utilizing MS Office Suite and Builder Trend-type software for various tasks.

Qualifications

Knowledge of the building supply process and marketplace, including experience with contractor interactions.

Proficiency in Excel, MS Office, and specific door/millwork experience.
