As an Entry Level Commercial Producer, you will play a vital role in the company’s success. Your main responsibility will be to serve as a Small & Mid Market Producer, focusing on various industries such as Contractors, Hospitality, Professional Services (legal, CPAs, finance, accounting, etc.), Manufacturing, Distribution, Municipalities, Fire Districts, Schools, and Logging. You will have the opportunity to generate new business, provide personalized insurance solutions, and deliver exceptional client service.
Job Responsibilities
Serve as a Small & Mid Market Producer, focusing on industries such as Contractors, Hospitality, Professional Services (legal, CPAs, finance, accounting, etc.), Manufacturing, Distribution, Municipalities, Fire Districts, Schools, and Logging
Target a revenue of $10,000 per deal (not premium) with no commissions given on business under $1000 in revenue
Utilize your expertise in client service and loss control to provide exceptional service to clients
Engage in prospecting and generating new business opportunities
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless insurance solutions for clients
Qualifications
Stable work history with no job hopping
Proven experience in prospecting and generating business
Possess a valid Washington State Property & Casualty license
Candidates with experience outside the insurance industry, including recent graduates with financial conversation or other relevant experience, are welcome to apply
