    In line with their growth objectives, they are seeking a dedicated Parts / Service Sales Representative to join their team. This role is pivotal in expanding sales of parts and services through both the existing customer base and attracting new clients. The successful candidate will ensure customer satisfaction, achieve territory sales goals, and enhance the company’s investment, reputation, and profitability.

    Parts / Service Sales Job Responsibilities

    Actively grow the sales of parts and services within the assigned territory by leveraging the existing customer base and securing new customers.

    Spend the majority of the 40-hour workweek in the sales territory, directly engaging with customers face-to-face during company business hours.

    Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and provide insights into the conversion success of quotes to active work orders.

    Maintain at least 12 customer interactions per day through visits, emails, and phone calls, with a minimum of 5 being face-to-face encounters.

    Analyze and understand the reasons behind unsuccessful quotes, working towards improving sales conversion rates.

    Collaborate with the team to identify new sales opportunities and strategies within the territory.

    Qualifications

    Direct experience with construction equipment, with additional experience in parts and service sales or service writing highly regarded.

    Demonstrated success in sales, particularly within the construction equipment, parts, and service sectors.

    Strong communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building and maintaining effective customer relationships.

    Excellent organizational abilities, with a focus on time management and meeting sales objectives.

    A strong commitment to customer service excellence and satisfaction.
