    Our client, a leading independent insurance broker in Lake Oswego, Oregon, is seeking a dynamic professional to join their team. Our client is a well-established and respected insurance brokerage firm serving the Greater Portland Metroplex. With a commitment to providing exceptional insurance solutions to businesses, they have earned a stellar reputation in the industry.

    As a Licensed Commercial Lines Account Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our client’s success. You’ll have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients and industries, providing top-notch insurance solutions and building long-lasting relationships.

    Job Responsibilities

    Client Support: Assist clients with their commercial insurance needs, including policy inquiries, endorsements, renewals, and certificate requests.

    Policy Administration: Handle policy changes, updates, and endorsements accurately, ensuring compliance with industry regulations.

    Career Development: Participate in ongoing training and development programs to expand your knowledge and skills within the insurance field.

    Account Management: Work closely with producers to ensure new customer success

    Quoting Assistance: Collaborate with the team on quoting renewals, gaining valuable experience in the process.

    Documentation: Maintain organized records of client interactions, ensuring all information is up-to-date, accurate, and processed in a timely manner

    Qualifications

    A valid Property & Casualty insurance license is required. (***Note: Candidates who are not licensed will not be eligible for consideration.)

    A minimum of 3 years of experience in the insurance industry, with an emphasis on commercial lines strongly preferred

    Ability to reliably commute to the office, daily

    Excellent written and verbal communication skills

    Ability to deliver a high level of customer service with empathy, compassion, and consistency

    Able to adhere to deadlines and practice basic time management

    Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively in a team.
