We are looking for an experienced Engineering Manager to join our Product Team and to help lead two of CareerPlug’s tight-knit, integrated, and highly productive squads. The right candidate will be motivated to lead and mentor our team of software engineers who are challenged to write clean, maintainable code in Ruby and Javascript in order to build and maintain mature, complex, and constantly growing software products.

This is an opportunity to make significant contributions to a high-growth product and directly influence the growth and future direction of CareerPlug’s software.
