The Client Support Intern works with the Client Support team to assist with reactive services for our client base. You will work on a variety of projects including client data aggregation, webinar support, client account updates, and support article review.
The ideal candidate is highly detail-oriented, has strong written and verbal communication skills, and is eager to learn in a fast-paced and innovative environment.
Specific Responsibilities:
Assist with support reactive tasks
Provide front line back up support
Research technical cases to resolve
Manage various support spreadsheets
Other projects as needed
Job Requirements:
Able to work at least 15 hours per week
Availability for Spring & Summer 2019
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work independently and stay focused
Technical background preferred
