Who are we looking for?
The Partner Growth Coordinator will work closely with a team of Partner Growth Managers to support our clients and drive engagement and utilization of the CareerPlug software.
You will host monthly support calls with various franchise brands and work collaboratively with the Careerplug team to create a strategy and provide data and coaching for franchise brands.
Role Summary: The Partner Growth Coordinator (PGC) role is responsible for providing strategy and general support for 60-90 brand partners to aid their brands’ recruiting and hiring initiatives; with a focus on building rapport with key influencers to drive CareerPlug adoption.
Partners may include: franchisors, associations, co-ops, and various networks.
This role is also intended to be, but does not have to be, an initial step for an employee who wants to grow into a Partner Growth Manager role.
In the role, the PGC will support 60-90 partners, consisting mostly of 50 or fewer locations. The PGC will be the first point of contact to cover PTO (paid time off) /travel and out-of-office coverage, or other planned coverage as needed for the Partner Growth team.

Responsibilities:
Conduct software training and partner launch webinars
Handle account support for Partner Growth Managers during conference or extended PTO
Maintaining account class data
Travel will be a maximum of 2-3 days per month for conference support or in-person home office training
Qualifications:
Experience working with franchise brands; knows the franchising industry
Experience using a Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to log meeting notes, updates, and tasks
Experience working with associations; knows how associations work and ideally has connections and contact for several associations
Experience in customer service; meeting with clients to solve problems
Experience working with data, spreadsheets, databases, reporting software

Remote: As of March 2020, our Austin-based team has been working fully remotely. We have transitioned to a Remote First company forever. This role may be filled by any U.S.-based candidate.
This role pays a base salary of $52,500 with an additional $5000 on-target bonus, paid quarterly for a total on-target compensation of $57,500.
