    Who are we looking for?

    As a Partner Success Manager, you will build relationships with our existing and new franchise accounts, working directly with our franchisor partners and key influencers. You are a core member of CareerPlug’s tight-knit and highly productive Client Success team, working directly with the Manager of Client Success. You are responsible for developing and most importantly, growing relationships with our franchise partners to help meet their hiring needs with the ultimate goal of client growth and retention.

    The ideal candidate has a strong operational and client success background and is passionate about building relationships and growing accounts. Experience working with franchises or with a small team in a software or start-up environment is preferred.

    Specific Responsibilities:

    Build and grow long-term strategic relationships within book of business

    Partner with corporate contacts to identify Franchise level growth goals and success metrics

    Monitor accounts for completion of internal and external growth milestones

    Field inbound communication from Franchisor contacts and key influencers

    Work closely with our Sales team and Client Onboarding Manager to drive product engagement and adoption (growth) for franchisees

    Visit clients onsite and at conferences as needed

    Job Requirements:

    Outgoing, customer-focused, driver-type personality that thrives in a fast-paced environment

    Ability to build rapport with clients and develop solutions that meet their specific needs

    Ability to work in a collaborative, cross-team environment

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    Highly detail & process-oriented

    3 years of experience in a client success/services role (highly preferred)

    Experience working with Franchises (preferred)

    Experience in a start-up environment or software company (preferred)

    Compensation: This is a salary + bonus role with on-target earnings range of $65,000-$70,000
