The Renewals Manager partners with both internal and external stakeholders to proactively manage client renewals and increase overall client engagement and satisfaction.

Overcoming objections and proactively helping clients is a challenge that motivates you to bring your best and keep growing every day. You're a natural at building rapport and addressing pain points . . . plus you have experience creating scalable systems to meet client needs. You're looking for a collaborative environment where you can make a daily impact and continue to learn and grow.
Responsibilities:
Contribute to making hiring easier by improving client experience and retention
Proactively manage at-risk clients to prevent cancellations
Manage and overcome client cancellation requests
Educate clients on best practices, focusing on providing value to overcome pain points and full system utilization
Collaborate with team to create an exceptional client experience at scale
Maintain deep understanding of CareerPlug product updates and offerings
Job Requirements:
1-3 years experience in renewals, client success or sales; SaaS environments preferred
Client-facing communicator with proven record of developing rapport and connecting with clients via phone/email
Demonstrated experience driving value for clients through product offering
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to overcome objections and negotiate effectively
Proficient in Salesforce.com or other CRM is a plus
Compensation: $65,000 - $70,000 including bonus potential. This is a salary + variable compensation role.
