    Who are we looking for?

    As a Client Success Manager, you will build relationships with our existing and new franchise accounts, working directly with our franchisor partners and key influencers. You are a core member of CareerPlug’s tight-knit and highly productive Client Success team, working directly with the Director of Client Success. You are responsible for developing and most importantly, growing relationships with our franchisor partners to help meet their network's hiring needs with the ultimate goal of retention and expansion.

    The ideal candidate has a strong project management and client success background and is passionate about building relationships and expanding your book of business. It is important that this person has the ability to motivate and succeed through others. You are strategic and an achiever at heart. Experience working with franchises or with a small team in a software or start-up environment is preferred.

    Specific Responsibilities:

    Build and grow long-term strategic relationships within book of business

    Partner with Franchisor contacts to identify Franchise network level growth goals and success metrics

    Monitor accounts for completion of internal and external growth milestones

    Field inbound communication from Franchisor contacts and key influencers

    Curate an annual success plan with prescriptive objectives that align with the Franchises' identified business goals

    Collect and tell a story with data to provide to our Franchisor partners

    Work closely with our Sales team and Client Onboarding Manager to drive product engagement and adoption (growth) for franchisees

    Meet quarterly KPIs related to retention and expansion of Franchise accounts

    Visit clients at conferences as needed, no more than 3X/quarter

    Job Requirements:

    Outgoing, solutions-focused, strategic, achievement-oriented personality that thrives in a fast-paced cross-teams environment

    Excel in managing high volume workload, process implementation, and competing deadlines

    Ability to build rapport with partners and develop solutions that scale across the Franchise Network

    Must be able to motivate and succeed through others internally and externally

    Excellent verbal and written communication skills

    3 years of experience in a client success/services role (highly preferred)

    Experience working with Franchises (preferred)

    Experience in a start-up environment or software company (preferred)

    Compensation: This is a salary + bonus role with on-target earnings range of $65,000-$70,000
