The Partner Relationship Manager works to build relationships with new and existing vendor, association, and job board partners to drive adoption and new sales. You will work with the Director of Sales to build processes and achieve our industry growth and leadership goals.

You have previous SaaS Sales experience and are comfortable using the tools of the trade, including conference/presenting software and working within a CRM.
Responsibilities:
Prospect new partners and initiate relationships to generate new client leads for the sales team
Build/maintain/grow relationships with existing partners
Work closely with Marketing team to coordinate and manage all aspects of partners conferences
Contribute in sales team revenue attainment to achieve quotas
Innovate and improve current processes to create exceptional partner, sales, and client experiences
Job Requirements:
Working knowledge of SaaS technology and selling SaaS technology
Experience enabling strategic partner roadmaps, meeting with business owners, and performing current state analysis
Client-facing communicator with proven record of developing rapport and effective flow of information in a B2B environment
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Excellent networker
Proficient in presenting web tools and using a CRM to manage clients and data

Compensation: This is a base plus commission position. The total on-target earnings range is $80,000 - $100,000 depending on candidate experience.
