Job Description

We seek a Data Entry Clerk to join our CareerSafe Customer DataAnalytics team. This position's ideal candidate has high-level attention todetail and proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:

·Perform web-based research and data mining

·Perform data entry tasks into both MicrosoftExcel and Salesforce CRM

·Perform quality assurance on company records

·Update/maintain company records

·Other data-related projects as assigned

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES:

·Extremely high-level attention to detail with afocus on quality

·Exceptional time management skills

·Strong oral and written communication skills

·Proficient with Microsoft Office products,especially Excel

·Ability to work individually and as part of ateam

·Must possess a high level of integrity, workethic, and self-discipline

·Ability to consistently work 20-30 hours perweek

PREFERRED SKILLS:

·Experience with Salesforce or other CRM tools

EDUCATION: HighSchool Diploma. The ideal candidate willbe pursuing a post-secondary degree in Business, MIS, or other related fields

WORK ENVIRONMENT: This job operates in a well-lit andtemperature-controlled office environment.
