About this position:**

********Job duties:

Lead the creation and implementation of marketing strategies to increase attendance, revenue, and support for Reach One Youth Organization (sports programs).

●Provides external and internal communication to support and Reach One Sports programs and their athletes, direct social media strategy for assigned sports, and assist with the social media efforts for the department.

●Updates results on deadline at the conclusion and posts to website and social media platforms.

●Performs additional duties assigned by the Director of Reach One Sports and the Athletics Communication Specialist.

●Assists in the overall communication efforts for all Reach One Sports leagues.

●Maintains current knowledge of the latest technology trends in the field; adopts and promotes changes when they become available; participates in continuing education as necessary; engages in professional and industry development to maximize social media content.

●Performs other related duties as assigned.

●Typically occurring Fall, Winter, Spring, and Summer Seasons.
