    About the Office Assistant position

    We are looking for an entry level Office Assistant who will organize some of the daily administrative operations of the center.

    You should be a hard-working professional able to undertake a variety of office support tasks and work diligently under pressure. We also expect you to pay close attention to detail and incorporate new and effective ways to achieve better results.

    Office Assistant responsibilities are:

    • Involvement of monitoring office area, upstairs lobby, computer lab, facility utilization/rentals, and building

    • Involvement with senior service, programs, events, and activities.

    • Print and scan in documents

    • Help with scheduling and planning of events

    • Manage office supplies and handle shortages if needed

    • Provide great customer service with coworkers, customers and partners

    Office Assistant requirements are:

    • Good experience in managing office equipment

    • Great written and verbal communication skills

    • High school diploma / GED
