• Coordinate and plan activities for all campers.
• works directly with the camp director to provide the best camp experience for growth in academics, social, and personal development.
• Role model for campers in activities.
• Interact with the campers.
• Teach Math, reading, and writing skills.
• Relate to all ages of the campers.
• Enforce rules and regulations of recreational facilities to maintain discipline and ensure safety.
• Provide entertainment and set up related decorations and equipment.
• Meet with staff to discuss rules, regulations, and work-related problems.
• encourage participants to develop their own activities and leadership skills through group discussion.
