About This Position:

Job Duties:

• Ensure grounds and curb appeal are maintained which may include picking up trash, sweeping, pressure washing, exterior painting, clearing and cleaning dumpster area and maintaining landscape.
• Monitor and maintain all building systems as assigned.
• Responsible for alerting property manager of any unusual occurrences and/or damage that has taken place or that may occur.
• help complete weekly vacant unit by unit inspection.
• help complete quarterly unit by unit inspections.
• Assure safety standards are used which comply with all company guidelines and reports all violations of the law and/or lease agreement to property manager.
• maintain a professional, courteous manner with all residents, parents, vendors, contractors, and fellow employees.
• ensure compliance of all work-related activities in fair, ethical and consistent manner.
• follow established company policies and procedures.
• arrive to work as scheduled and prepared.
• any other task as assigned by property manager or maintenance supervisor.
