  • Responsibilities

    Primary Responsibilities:

    • Event Planning - coordinate with internal staff, clients, vendors, and others
    • Establish needs, serve as liaison, research resources
    • Community Outreach - interact with outside parties businesses or private individuals via phone, email, or in-person
    • Deliver prepared scripts to describe organization, solicit donations, request event attendance
    • Attend Vendor fairs and obtain possible leads.
    • Maintain customer databases.

    Preferred Qualifications:

    • Engaging, high-energy with interpersonal skills
    • Utilize computers for word processing, spreadsheet creations, email communication
    • Familiar with adobe, one drive, google drive. (Microsoft teams a plus)
