Caregiver – 1:1 In-Home Support for Adults with Disabilities

We support individuals with autism, ADHD, Down syndrome, sensory differences, OCD, etc. If you've worked as a caregiver, CNA, personal care aide, child care provider, or in a similar role, this is a chance to use your skills in a way that truly impacts families.

Starting pay: $17 per hour

Responsibilities

As a caregiver, you will provide personalized one-on-one care to support adults with disabilities in maintaining independence at home.

Responsibilities may include:

Assisting with personal care (bathing, dressing, grooming, hygiene)

Helping with mobility, ambulation, and transfers

Supporting daily living activities and independence

Assisting with meal preparation and light housekeeping

Providing companionship and emotional support

Accompanying clients to appointments and community activities

Monitoring client wellbeing and reporting changes

Following individualized care plans

Qualifications

1+ year caregiving experience

High school diploma or GED

Current CPR certification

Negative TB test or chest X-ray

Valid driver’s license and reliable insured vehicle

Ability to maintain HIPAA confidentiality

Ability to communicate effectively in English

Ability to assist with mobility and lift, bend squat up to 50 pounds
