The Role: Flex Caregiver (Monday–Friday | 7AM–7PM availability) This is NOT your typical caregiving role. We’re looking for a seasoned caregiver who can adapt quickly, build rapport with clients, and want to work with a variety of different clients.
Key Duties:
Cover open shifts and help start care with new clients
Train and support new caregivers
Observe and report any changes in client condition
Work closely with the recruiting and care coordination teams
Provide hands-on personal care: bathing, dressing, meals, transfers, companionship, transportation
Be available to work one on-call week per month for emergencies (after probationary period)
Qualifications:
CNA in Pennsylvania or 4+ years of caregiving or HHA experience
Reliable vehicle, driver’s license, insurance
Open to travel within our service area of Montgomery County
Strong communication and documentation skills
Ability to train and coach other caregivers is a plus
Schedule:
Full-time (Mon–Fri), 40 hours/week
Flexibility required based on client and agency needs
One week per month of on-call coverage (after 3 weeks of orientation)
