About the Role:

Join Abloom Home Care as a Caregiver and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients in Cary, NC. We are dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care, and we are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team and help us deliver exceptional services.

Responsibilities:

Engage clients in social and recreational activities to promote well-being.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.

Document care provided and report changes in client condition to supervisors.

Build trusting relationships with clients and their families.

Adhere to all safety and health regulations while providing care.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; relevant certifications preferred.

Experience in caregiving or a related field is a plus.

Compassionate and patient demeanor with a passion for helping others.

Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions.

Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.

Ability to pass background checks.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
