About the Role:

Join Qualicare Home Care Central NJ as a Caregiver for a rewarding live-in assignment. We are dedicated to providing compassionate and personalized care to our clients, making a difference in their lives every day.

Responsibilities:

Provide daily personal care assistance, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

Administer medication and monitor health conditions as directed.

Assist with meal preparation and ensure proper nutrition for clients.

Engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.

Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Document care provided and report any changes in client condition.

Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance quality of life.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; certification in caregiving preferred.

Previous experience in home care or a similar caregiving role.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Compassionate demeanor and strong interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Must pass background checks and drug screenings.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.

Basic first aid and CPR certification is a plus.
