Assisting Hands Home Care of West Houston is seeking dedicated Caregivers, CNAs, and HHAs to provide high-quality in-home care in the Cinco Ranch (77450) area. Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities (bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting)

Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities

Prepare meals and assist with feeding as needed

Perform light housekeeping (laundry, dishes, tidying up)

Assist with mobility, transfers, and fall prevention

Monitor client well-being and report any changes

Follow care plans and document services provided

Qualifications:
