We are currently hiring compassionate caregivers to serve clients in Southwest Austin and surrounding communities.

Position Overview

As a Caregiver / Personal Care Aide, you will provide essential support to clients in the comfort of their homes. Your role will help clients maintain independence, dignity, and overall well-being.

This is a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful difference while working with a supportive and professional team.

Responsibilities

• Provide companionship and ensure client safety • Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, grooming, and dressing • Support activities of daily living (ADLs) in a respectful and safe manner • Perform light housekeeping, laundry, and meal preparation • Provide transportation to appointments, errands, and shopping when needed • Follow individualized care plans (CNA / PCP / HHA) • Communicate effectively with clients, families, and the care team • Complete 12 hours of annual training through our Caregiver University

Requirements

• Experience as a caregiver in a home care setting, assisted living, or skilled nursing facility preferred • Ability to verify any certifications held (CNA, HHA, etc.) • Must pass national and multi-jurisdictional background checks • Must pass DMV check • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation • Current automobile insurance • Ability to follow care plans and maintain quality standards of care
