About the Role:

Join our compassionate team at At Your Side as a Caregiver / CNA / MA in Montgomery, TX. This rewarding in-home care position allows you to make a positive impact on the lives of our clients while providing essential support and companionship.

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care and assistance with daily living activities.

Administer medication and manage health monitoring tasks as needed.

Assist clients with mobility and physical exercises.

Prepare nutritious meals and assist with meal planning.

Maintain a clean and safe living environment for clients.

Document and report changes in clients' conditions to the healthcare team.

Offer companionship and social interaction to enhance clients' well-being.

Adhere to all safety and hygiene protocols to ensure client safety.

Requirements:

Current certification as a CNA, MA, or equivalent experience in caregiving.

Compassionate demeanor with a strong desire to help others.

Ability to pass background checks and drug screenings.

Strong communication skills and the ability to follow care plans.

Previous experience in home care or healthcare settings preferred.

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Basic First Aid and CPR certification is a plus.
