Pay: $30 per hour for these shifts (AM AND PM) ONLY!!!

Schedule: Mornings: Monday - Friday, 6:30 AM - 8:30 AM(FIRM), Evenings: 8.30PM - 9.30PM (Slightly Flexible) Possibly Weekends too (Saturday & Sunday) same hours for Mornings and Evenings

Priority will be given to candidate who can work Morning and Evening shifts. But do apply if can work morning or evening shifts

About Us:

At FirstLight, we're passionate about helping individuals live their best lives at home. We're looking for caring and reliable individuals to join our team as Home Health Aides (HHA), Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA), or Personal Care Assistants (PCA).

What You'll Do:

Personal Care Assistance: Provide stand-by assistance with showering (2-3 times per week), ensuring safety and helping to dry hard-to-reach areas.

Meal Support: Assist with meal planning and preparation for lunch, dinner, and snacks. Escort the client to and from breakfast daily.

Health and Wellness Support: Provide daily medication reminders, encourage fluid intake, and assist with the Home Exercise Program

Mobility and Social Engagement: Walk with the client within the facility for exercise and socialization.

Routine Care and Documentation: Perform catheter drainage bag changes (day/night) and daily weighing.

Light Housekeeping: Complete routine tasks including daily bed making, light laundry (washing and drying), and dusting (twice per week).

We're Looking For:

Experience or training in personal care (HHA, CNA, PCA certification preferred).

Excellent communication skills.

Valid driver's license and Reliable Transportation

Ability to work the required schedule in North Oaks.
